The Subscription Portal is a web page that can be used to update your credit card information or cancel a subscription. Either click the link below to access it with your email address, or access it from TradeTek using the instructions below:
To access this page from a Subscription or Network edition of TradeTek, click the Subscription Portal button in the License dialog shown below. To present the License dialog, choose About TradeTek from the File menu at the top left corner and then click the License button.
Enter your Customer ID in the Enter Customer ID dialog shown below, then click OK.
Your Customer ID was provided in the Order Summary email that you received after making your purchase. If you no longer have this email, you can retrieve your Customer ID from your Customer Account page.
