Manage Account
If you have purchased multiple TradeTek licenses or activated the software on several computers, the Customer Account page can help you keep track of everything.
Click the Customer Account button on the License dialog to log into your customer account. To present the License dialog, choose About TradeTek from the File menu at the top left corner and then click the License button.
Your Order ID was provided in the Order Summary email. If you no longer have this email, you can retrieve your Order ID by clicking the Send Order ID to Email button. If you don't receive an email containing your Order ID within a few minutes, be sure to check your Spam folder (sometimes it takes a while for the email to deliver). To access your Customer Account page, enter your email address and Order ID into the Account Login dialog above, then click the Login button.

Once you have logged into your Customer Account (above), click on
the Reference link of any listed purchase to view details of that purchase.

If you have purchased a subscription, the Order Summary dialog above will display your Customer ID. This can be used to login to the Subscription Portal from the License dialog.
